So muss das aussehen!

Mein iPad ist da ;)

Jetzt erstmal einrichten, SIM-Karte zu recht schneiden und dann weitere Eindrücke sammeln.

Erster Eindruck, ziemlich schwer die Luzi.

iPad start in DACH um einen Monat verschoben.

Wie gerade aus der Pressemitteilung zu entnehmen ist, wird sich der “Verkaufsstart” hierzulande sowohl wie in Österreich und der Schweiz um einen Monat verschieben, also Ende Mai.
Aber immerhin wird die Vorbestellung ab dem 10.5 zu Verfügung stehen.

Although we have delivered more than 500,000 iPads during its first week, demand is far higher than we predicted and will likely continue to exceed our supply over the next several weeks as more people see and touch an iPad™. We have also taken a large number of pre-orders for iPad 3G models for delivery by the end of April.

Faced with this surprisingly strong US demand, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the international launch of iPad by one month, until the end of May. We will announce international pricing and begin taking online pre-orders on Monday, May 10. We know that many international customers waiting to buy an iPad will be disappointed by this news, but we hope they will be pleased to learn the reason—the iPad is a runaway success in the US thus far.

GSM micro SIM im iPad

Ja was soll das denn jetzt, keine Cam und jetzt auch noch micro SIM, gemischte Gefühle überkommen mich, aber eins steht fest, kaufen werden wir es dennoch alle ;)

Anbei ein Wiki Eintrag zur ominösen micro SIM, ach ja bei Vodafone habe ich schon angerufen, hier die Aussage ” Was ist das denn?” ;)

Ich will ja nicht hoffen das unsere Provider jetzt auf den Zug ” Da brauchen Sie einen komplett neuen Vertrag” aufspringen werden!?
